Delivery Information


* Normal delivery on most items is 5 - 10 days.

* Most items are delivered via common carrier truck. It is very expensive for rush shipments on our larger products, but it is possible. Call us for a quote if you are interested in expedite delivery.

* Curbside shipping means exactly what it says. The driver will deliver the package to your curbside and you are required to unload the delivery. You will be responsible for bringing the package inside to your home or business. Please ensure you have proper assistance available when your delivery is scheduled to arrive. We have curbside shipping as standard delivery because it keeps the price lower for those who do not require assistance.

* When the delivery arrives at your local hub, the trucking company will call you to schedule a time to deliver the table. Usual times are 8AM - 5PM Monday through Friday.

* Installation service is an optional component on select tables. Call us at 1-800-203-6076 for more information.

* If purchased online there is no sales tax.

* When ordering, the website will direct you to a secure server to enter your credit card information.

* You should call the respective manufacturer for the proper replacement parts.

* We only carry new basketball goals and equipment.

* We have strict privacy policies and do not give out any of your information except to the trucking company to deliver your order.


Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order before shipment, Super Basketball Goals will gladly provide a full store credit or refund.

If you wish to cancel your order after shipment, the you must return all product at your own expense to receive a full store credit or refund. Actual shipping charges to and/or from the destination will be deducted from the refund or credit if order is canceled en route to customer.

Return Policy

If you wish to return your order within 30 days of delivery, you must call to receive a Return Authorization Number from our customer service staff or email us. Return shipping charges and arrangements will be the responsibility of the customer. Merchandise must be returned in original packaging. We do not credit back shipping charges of the original purchase. There will be a 20% restocking fee on all returned products.

Delivery Acceptance Instructions - VERY IMPORTANT!!!!!

1. All large basketball goals are shipped with 100% insurance coverage only if the below delivery acceptance guidelines are followed
2. When your order is delivered, inspect the outer carton and entire contents for any potential damage that may have occurred during shipment.
3. If it is clear that significant damage has occurred, refuse the delivery and contact us immediately for a replacement
4. If any minor damage has occurred that you believe can be replaced with parts, note damage on delivery receipt and accept table
5. If you are unable to fully inspect entire contents on delivery, you must write "SUBJECT TO FURTHER INSPECTION" on the delivery receipt. This insures we are able to file a proper concealed damage claim with the carrier.
6. In the unlikely event the driver does not allow you to sign the delivery receipt in the above mentioned procedures, refuse delivery and call us.
7. Deliveries that are signed free and clear of damages will be the recipient's responsibility. No exceptions.
